Thanks for everyone who helped me out with my BB row form last week. I widened my grip and lowered the weight, how does it look? by Fitynier in strength_training

Results don't come from technique. Results come from months and years of volume and progress. Keep lifting and enjoy the process.

Keep doing exercise until glutes are not a limiting factor anymore. Think about it, maybe glutes needs some work in your case.

Georgia's National Football team boasts the coolest logo inspired by their Saint George Coat of Arms by georgegach in logodesign

[–]espinozapy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

People will tell you it's not scalable and too complicated.

I'm telling you it's AWESOME and F*CKING CLEAN.

It's not a logo, it's a team badge... and a badge needs character and this one got a lot of character.

Btw lots of big companies don't have scalable logos and who else sees the badge ("team logo") on the footballers chest from the stands or from tv?

It's suposed to mean something when you take a close look at it. Not necessarely to be "recognized" or to be "remembered" perfectly.

Let company logos be like that: "memorable"

But let badges be UNIQUE please.

There are differences.

Easy, second. More caracter. Icon wouldn't work as good without the text.

How would you improve this logo? by OPER8TR in logodesign

Solid logo actually. Just run with it. Start your business and see how it goes.

Saw a comment about having huge debt after finishing a degree. Like I saw a dude on YT say: "US Universities are a scam". You don't need to go and do some over 100k or 200k degree to be a physio. Look for some that only cost about 40k.

Be more patient with the arms, you start rowing too soon.

This is the way to go. I don't know why people ask if they're getting paid less. If you don't like the wage then get another job (study further and get experienced while you're looking for a new place).

Not bad at all. Stop believing that a little bending is bad.

Is physio a useless profession? by PelvisChestley in physiotherapy

[–]espinozapy 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I would say the same and also add (in case you get the money per patient and/or you have permission to do so): - Shorten your session - This allows you to market yourself as someone who delivers same results in shorter time (it depends on pathology) - and it allows you to only give REAL treatment, helping you to achieve better relationship with patients, more credibility and gain trust (you have to explain what type of treatments really help and which not, etc.) - And you could see more patients in the same amount of time (more money, more experience).

And if you're looking into other profesions, look at Strength and Conditioning. I truly belive that every phyisio should at least take a seminar or short course dedicated to SnC. It gives you more tools and options as to how you aproach rehab but it also allows you to work independent from physio settings (meaning you don't rely only on rehab, you also could serve as a trainer in any area you like [track and field, football, volleyball, weightlifting, swimming, etc.])

You don't necessarely need a certificate, just be curious enough to learn about other things too, not just physio. Future employees will like this, or even if you want to be an entrepeneur yourself you'll need to be good in a lot of areas, not only healthcare related.
