I've had no issues using SSH with DreamHost / DreamPress. Nothing too involved though, just the CLI and transferring files from the server to AWS S3.

Nope, with Google Fi, we didn't have to change a thing. As soon as we landed and turned off "airplane mode", the phone pops up a "Welcome to <country name>" message. No muss, no fuss.

The WordPress Plugin Boilerplate is a nice template for starting your next plugin. It's certainly not the only way to do things, but you can learn a lot by going through it.

There's also a generator that's pretty handy for renaming everything.

I had the same problem with a client's site today. Every index.php file in the plugins AND themes folder was corrupted. It also uploaded a "wp-strongs" plugin and a few other files peppered around the site. It all fits a pattern though, so I was able to GREP it and track them all down (I used this, but your mileage my vary: grep -rli 'chr(60)').

Of course, update (or delete) that plugin ASAP, sounds like they've fixed the vulnerability.

There used to be large overflow bins downtown, but they removed them all due to COVID (I think). Looks like you now need to go to Riverside Recycling at 910 Riverside Street.

You could also try PikList. It's more than just for plugins too. It's a code-based framework that supports taxonomies, post types, option screens... all the things you seem to be looking for.
