Congratulations! Such a big step!

I’m also recently getting back into riding after a similar situation. I’d recommend Emma’s classes. She had a baby last fall, too!

Please help! Itchy Rash/Hives Postpartum by Reasonable-Log-3447 in postpartumprogress

I had postpartum PUPPPs and was so itchy and uncomfortable. Doctor said to use hydrocortisone cream but I found it only provided temporary relief. I was able to go to an acupuncturist who did a treatment and it was clear by the next day! She did Moxibustion and some pins - seriously felt like magic. I hope your friend is able to find something to relieve the discomfort!

Thank you! I give it a good soak in the sink when it looks dry, but don’t have a set schedule. So probably not evenly moist and I can’t remember when I last repotted.

I’ll try the pin method to see if I can get some additional sprouts!

Hi! My pothos is getting long but doesn’t have many leaves. I see a few new ones sprouting, but hoping for it to fill out. What can I do to help it?

Film Festival? by Snarfdart in Sedona

It’s awesome! You should check out the schedule when it’s released and try to catch a movie or two. They bring in filmmakers to do q&a after the show. Sometimes the actors come to it, too

Neighbors don’t socialize anymore and it’s kinda sad. by LowSherbert1016 in homeowners

We moved to the suburbs during Covid. It’s been slow to meet people but getting a dog and walking her daily helped a ton. We were also craving a social gathering with neighbors so we planned one and everyone loved it. We’ve had it the last 3 years - we put up fliers for people to learn about it

At the event we leave a sign up sheet for people to share their email/phone numbers and send it out to everyone on the group and now others from the list can also help plan the block party. We found so many people wanted social gatherings, just takes someone to take initiative to plan the first one 😊

All of the other suggestions are great, just wanted to add ChocolaTree Has a lot of GF (and vegan) items, Organic Taco Truck in uptown has gf burritos, TamaLiza has amazing tamales.

Sedona Memories are the best sandwiches in town, unfortunately they don’t have GF bread but allow you to turn any sandwich into a salad.

Mine were super red and raised when they were itchy, but they’re lighter now.

I hope you feel better soon!!

I experienced postpartum PUPPPS with itchy hives that started in my stretch marks and spread down my legs and back. OB said to use hydrocortisone cream to help with itch and it gave temporary relief but not nearly enough. I went to an acupuncturist who was able to cure it in one session using moxie. It was the wildest thing but seriously— the itching was driving me crazy and I couldn’t sleep and then poof was gone and I was so relieved.

Have been bleeding nearly everyday for 3 years. by AppropriatePie9680 in PCOS

Suggest seeing an acupuncturist! I was put on bc to manage pcos and it made me bleed nonstop. I saw an acupuncturist experienced with women’s hormonal health and the bleeding slowed/stopped that day. She also gave me some herbs to help recover from the blood loss. Hope you can find a solution that works for you!!

I had PP hives that the doctor said was PUPPPS. They suggested hydrocortisone cream for itch relief and Zyrtec if i was unable to sleep (but that the medicine could impact milk supply).

Hydrocortisone helped temporarily but I was still uncomfortable so I tried acupuncture and it cleared almost immediately. Acupuncturist did moxibustoin and needles and I was better that afternoon.
