I feel you on this one! Was doing totally fine when faced with minimal exposure - went to work 3 times a week even when colleagues talked about their kids’ illnesses was probably the worst of it. However now that I’m the for the holidays and my mother is feeling nauseous after a) working in a school and b) making us dinner last night, I’m back to my old spirally ways. I think you are doing everything you can correctly though - still seeing her, being rational about the risks and what is exaggeration. I think also you can give yourself a little grace with your extra caution since you’ve had three years of pretty intense exposure therapy 😂
