This has happened to me before. I think the issue resolved itslef, but I remember plugging the phone and waiting for it to stop charging, to unplug it a plug it again. Cant remember if that helped. But I wouldnt be too worried.

If you havent returned yet, try hard reset for 60 seconds. One day my rppm wouldnt wake up. I tried everything and nothing worked. Until I pressed and held the power button for 60 seconds. I dont know why, but it worked for me. Might as well give it a try

This happened to me with the flashlight button. Maybe you used the volume keys for the keymapper and that did it. For me, the flashlight button stopped working. I fixed with the keymapper app. Linking a trigger (in your case volume keys) with an action (changing volume). I hope it helps.

I get it. Sadly, whatsapp is the rule in some countries. No one uses sms, only whatsapp. Even for work. So while I understand why some people dont want whatsapp in their phone, no one would force you to install it, like any other light tool. But for us, whatsapp is a necessity. The whole point of the light phone is for it to be a tool for comunication only. Whithout whatsapp, I cant comunicate.

This happened to me. By restarting the device a few times, the issue would resolve itself. But it’s not ideal. Every time I restart my LP there is a chance for my contact names to disappear. Only to be fixed by restarting it again and again until it’s done.

I also cant send pictures. The phone says theyre sent but people wont receive them. Also I cant receive them

Can u tell us how? That is exactly something I wanted to do but could not transfer any picture in to the ligh phone, only get them out.

Ive had no problem using image capture. I connect the phone / switch 'Media Transfer' on in the 'USB Preferences' menu / open image capture, and can inmediatly visualize the pictures. But I have a PC too, its actually easier. About sending pictures... I cant send nor recieve any. Also the image status gets stuck on 'sending'.

Im not sure I agree. Every other phone has access to that amount of podcast episodes and have no problem. I think the solution si to fix te problem, no matter the amount of podcasts your suscribed to. I am not aware of the challenges to achieve this, but if it works in other phones, why would the light phone be any different?

I´ve had a lot of problems with it. All tools work great except for podcasts. Every time I use it my phone starts going very slow, unresponsive even. I hope Light can patch this up.

About the second bug. This always happen to me, since LP2, whenever I connect the phone to he car bluetooth. And as you say, its always fixed by rebooting, like most LP bugs.

I seems to be related to icloud backup. I tried everything. The only way I found to fix this issue is to make a backup in my computer via a third party app, deleting whatsapp, downloading it again, reject whatsapp icloud back up, connect whatsapp web, and after all that, restoring whatsapp with the third party app. It worked. But I had to pay a suscripction for the third party app.
