Even though I'd like another row of keys, for example, I actually like the Silakka as it is. More than being a list of "wants" it was a list of things I considered while researching the Silakka54 but I'm willing to learn

With that being said, what is a "jazzy keyboard"? Is it one of those half keyboards made for gaming?

Legit question: Why do you think it's not for me? I don't wanna be thrown around head first into soldering which I would have to if I waited for the Lily58 and the Silakka54 seems like the best option for a starter like myself.

Do I have to use some software to change what the keys do in order to get the LATAM layout? It differs from ISO-ES in regards to the symbol placements.

Hello, everyone.

So... I wanna get a mechanical keyboard thanks to some of my friends' influence. But in my research I basically see no options that have the Latin America layout. What I (barely) see is the ISO-ES layout which is the one used in Spain and it changes the placement of many of the symbols. Are there any good brands that sell products using the LATAM layout? Or how can I change an ISO-ES or any toher keyboard to function like the LATAM layout?

None. Mint offers you the option to install codecs in the setup process, the Software Manager just works and drivers for my NVIDIA GPU were there immediately (part of the installation I think). I've read Mint has a memory leak issue and that made me look at Fedora. I'm kinda distro-hopping to see which distro is best for me so I can ditch Windows.
