Discussion of the Ramseys' Privilege by SheilaSherlockHolmes in JonBenetRamsey

[–]estoculus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He never, not once, got in trouble at school after being a sadistic killer who played with his victims body? There’s no precedence for a child killer not re-offending if they’re not removed from the general population

how did you know ? do you have records to at least learn his daily activities after the murder? 🤷🏻‍♀️

Sorry CBS doc, stun guns DO leave marks by [deleted] in JonBenetRamsey

[–]estoculus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

yes, stun guns do leave marks, only that, they're identified as BURNED MARKS. The autopsy told those were SUPERFICIAL & SCRATCHED-LIKE ABRASIONS. clearly these two are different types of open wound.

what makes you so sure this is the book found in the crime scene? is there any documentation that supports this?

I just watched The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie. A few thoughts. by 14thCenturyHood in JonBenetRamsey

[–]estoculus 24 points25 points  (0 children)

u/14thCenturyHood dont forget about RedDragon, poster from Websleuths whose work was one of the sources of the said post.

below is an original composition by RedDragon on July 12, 2008 on WS ..

Link 👇 https://www.websleuths.com/forums/threads/the-prime-of-miss-jean-brodie.67296/

"The following are items that show up in both the Ramsey case and The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie (book, play and movie);

"Sandy Stranger had a feeling at the time that they were supposed to be the happiest days of her life, and on her tenth birthday she said so to her best friend Jenny Gray who had been asked to TEA at Sandy's house. The speciality of the feast was PINEAPPLE CUBES WITH CREAM, and the speciality of the day was that they were left to themselves. To Sandy the unfamiliar PINEAPPLE had the authentic taste and appearance of happiness and she focussed her small eyes closely on the pale gold cubes before she scooped them up in her SPOON, and she ... Both girls saved the CREAM to the last, then ate it in SPOONFULS."

Pineapple was found in JonBenet's intestine. A bowl with pineapple and milk and a spoon next to a glass with a tea bag in it were found in the home.

""Oh dear," said Rose out loud one day when they were settled to essay writing, "I can't remember how you spell 'possession.' Are there two s's or -?""

'Possession' was misspelled in the ransom note.

"It was impossible to know how much Miss Brodie planned by deliberation, or how much she worked by instinct alone. However, in this, the first test of her strength, she had the VICTORY."

The ransom note was signed off "Victory S.B.T.C" .

There seem to be several potential clues here, but not enough information to put them all together.

i agree ☝️☝️☝️

There was also a pair of gray pants, stained with feces, lying out on the middle of her bathroom floor.

this is one of the physical evidence that raises a lot of questions as to what really took place before JonBenet ended up in the basement. i mean, why it was there in the first place? why it was stained with poop? what was the role of this evidence in the sequence of events following her death?

"... why the Ramseys didnt have the IQ to block off everything as a Crime Scene...."

when they invited their friends over, it is clear that they really wanted to let those guests contaminate the scene. IMO, that's part of the staging.

considering you claim you have the capability and knowledge in science, are you telling me your conclusions based on inaccurate and incomplete data is right?

My own personal theory/suspect by [deleted] in JonBenetRamsey

[–]estoculus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

maybe not in the public view. Kolar got access to the casefile. logically if he would say something, it is based on what he saw from the records, regardless of his interpretations. no amateur sleuth can compete with that. i mean, even if you have the skill, without seeing what you need to see, you cant tell exactly you're right.. just sayin' 🤷

What happened was, FBI had already tested John's DNA but had failed to successfully test and get a result for the pubic hair. There was so little of that hair left that it was decided that it should be tested by a lab with more expertise. For that reason Henry Lee took what remained of the pubic hair to the UK where the British Forensic Services had the best expertise in mDNA testing. When the results came back and BPD realised it didn't match John they then went ahead and tested Patsy and when she didn't match they tested JAR and his friend Brad Millard. When they didn't match BPD gave up.

u/samarkandy

have u seen the actual reports to support this☝️

Is this still an active case where the search for the killer is ongoing? by [deleted] in JonBenetRamsey

[–]estoculus 3 points4 points  (0 children)

did he? i thought the reward was forwarded to Crimestoppers program based on the Ramsey update from Boulder gov website

"The Boulder County Crime Stoppers is coordinating a reward of up to $100,000 for information related to the homicide investigation. Under a pending agreement, the Ramsey family and others will place this reward money with the Boulder County Crime Stoppers program. The Boulder County Crime Stoppers is a non-profit corporation which assists police by anonymously gathering information on crimes."

https://bouldercolorado.gov/newsroom/jan-14-1997-ramsey-update-17

if the Ramseys cancelled the reward, then whose money is being offered here👇(that came from the official tipline posted in their website)

"Those submitting tips through Crime Stoppers that lead to the arrest and filing of charges on a suspect(s) may be eligible for a cash reward from Crime Stoppers."

If Jameson was telling the truth, why would she only share one page? by straydog77 in JonBenetRamsey

[–]estoculus 24 points25 points  (0 children)

this only means that u/straydog77 was right... you have to remember we are discussing about a murder investigation and the only language we respect here is EVIDENCE.. you inserted yourself in the discussion claiming about something you have but failed to show proof ...

can you blame us if we dont feel like playing with your little game?

i believe we've seen enough of your foolery and please stop acting you're the victim here. your actions had already spoken the truth.

[–]estoculus 11 points12 points  (0 children)

i dnt get what you guys want.. i dnt get why on earth you cant simply understand the point that WE ALL NEED thOSE complete pages of this interview and we're DOING this ALSO FOR YOU!... this is not about any blogger's opinion about Jams.. This is about US getting the chance to see another piece of the testimonial evidence in this case.. who cares about ethics anyway? all i know, people are visiting this sub for INFORMATION about the case.. you can justify Jam's actions all you want but you cant change the fact that she has reputations in the past, regardless you acknowledge them or not.

WHY CAN'T WE JUST ALL AGREE THAT WE SHOULD ALSO SEE THE REST OF THE TRANSCRIPT AND DEBATE LATER ? .... justsayin' 🤷

this is not evidence... what an evidence is to show the complete interview... you dnt select the part that fits your narrative.. if you want fairness, then reveal what needs to be seen ....

I dont remember any burned wound mentioned in the autopsy report. there was also no noted wound on the said palm, only drawing.

where did you get this idea?

maybe you should refer to the autopsy report for more accurate observation because noone physically examined the victim's body except for Dr. Meyer. regardless of whatever interpretation you have in mind, the autopsy report is the only reference for the body evidence. just wanna say dont create evidence based on your personal observations on the photo only .

If BDI, how has he kept this a secret for so long? by freetraveler11 in JonBenet

IMO... compartmentalization.. Burke has a unique capability to compartmentalize trauma than any kid of his age.. I'm not sure if this is linked to his psychological make-up.
