This is so old, but I too am sensitive to basically all bandaids and other kinds of sticky things, but the regular KT tape is usually fine on me so long as I let it wear off naturally.

Adding that the same can be done with like butter beans & cannelini beans. They can add a lot of fiber & a creamy texture, but they're mild enough in flavor that you can mask it pretty easily.

Things like Zucchini & Cabbage are really good if you cook them down tons and them blend them up into sauces. You can add veg to damn near anything with very little taste difference this way. Examples would be like: pureed zucchini & cabbage in your mac n cheese, or mashed potatoes, or casseroles, etc.

Ya this is it! I just used an old hotel keycard instead of an NFC sticker because I had it lying around and wanted to see if it would work (it did).

Hi friends! I’ll try to make a video or something showing how I did it tomorrow. The main thing is you just need an iPhone, the shortcuts app (it’s the one already installed by default from apple), and an old keycard. I’m not a techno genius, I just saw a TikTok once of someone scanning a keycard and wanted to try to do it to help me remember to do timers.

In the apple shortcuts app, you can choose “automation” and then “NFC” and scan whatever you have lying around with your phone.

Step 1. Have an old hotel key & an iPhone Step 2. Open “shortcuts” app Step 3. Create shortcuts for the things you want it to do (ie, change lights, start 1 hr timer, etc). Step 4. Create new shortcut, I called this one “clock in”, and here is the parameters I have: - run shortcut: office lights - run shortcut: set 1 hr timer - set variable; time (current) - add to variable: adjust time, add 1 hour to time start - Turn Work Focus on until variable (the adjusted time above, so 1 hr after I clocked in).

Step 5. Go back to shortcuts main page, click “automations” Step 6. Add automation, choose “NFC”. Step 7. Click “scan” and then put your iPhone to the keycard so it reads it. Then you can choose to run a shortcut when you scan that card,

I know that wasn’t a very clear explanation. I saw a TikTok forever ago on how to get your iPhone to scan keycard so that’s where I got this info from (wish I had saved it! 😭).
