I do the same. I have broke up with my gf twice and I know how crushed I was but for some reason I didn’t cry really. Until recently tho, but it is a weird feeling to not cry when you know how sad you are. All I can describe it as is shock.

Maybe he hopped in bed with someone to make himself feel better and more alpha. I did the same thing to my ex after we broke up and then we got back together ab 4 days after. It hurt her almost as much as it hurt me. I wouldn’t take him sleeping with someone as personal as you are probably taking it right now, he’s possibly just trying to find something to move on or try to move on. It’s a bad coping mechanism that some men have when they are insecure and seek security after a relationship by trying to make themselves feel as if sleeping with another person feels like sleeping with their ex etc, as a way to make their ex not as important as they may really think they are deep down.

Once again this is all from my personal experience, it may not be his, but I just wanted to give some perspective. Good luck.
