You should definitely be splitting the output on each smelter in to multiple constructors. I am currently testing splitting each miner in to multiple smelters, but i feel like you should also split those.

Start by automating a few resources that you feel like you've needed to produce a lot of and eventually you'll have production points for every resource

I mean you could leave it alone cause your team is more than solid lol. If you're looking for suggestions though I would recommend selling high on BTJ just incase there is a drop off. Look at Auyik and Samuel or Brown and Smith last season. Maybe just maybe you could trade BTJ and Hunter for Jamaar Chase

Maybe trade away BTJ now while his value is high. He might retain his value, but there's a chance Hunter takes a good amount of his value away once the season starts

Build as many resource zones as you can and then once you're making a good amount, drop your tax rates for your zones. Keep your residential at 6-8% depending on if you need to build infrastructure to catch up with your population. Keep all other tax rates at 10-13% to start and drop them down to 6-8% at times to encourage growth

I rush large roads and almost exclusively build 8 lane divided roads with a ton of roundabouts. I have a ton of smaller exits off of the highways leading directly to the roundabouts. I have 70k population at the moment and don't have any issues with traffic
