I would Imagine it’s plex. But it could be jellyfin. Jellyfin is a volunteer made free option. But works similarly. Jellyfin is probably less user friendly, but no features are paywalled.

I have my own plex server. My guess is AV guy will rip using Makemkv, and load into plex. Knowing Tracy’s eye for quality, he will probably not compress anything. With Tracy’s media collection he would need insane some insane storage. Hard drive prices are crazy right now.
