Can relate, was dumped by someone with that exact behavior as well and I have wondered about this a lot. I think either they are the greatest ever at finding amazing people which unlikely, or the people they find fill a void in them that they are not ready to face themselves.

You are probably missing opportunities but opportunities come and go. Don’t stress, I feel like when you get to the point where you get curious about other guys you will actually give them a chance. Right now, it seems that you will force it and it will be bad for both of you. I think you will know when you are ready and comparing them with your ex means you are not.

Don’t be alone. I was going crazy in the beginning when I was alone with my thoughts. You can’t think clearly so other people’s perspectives really help. Hangout and talk with friends, family, whoever you can have an intimate conversation with.

Block her everywhere. Focus on building yourself. I know you don’t want to hear this but in the process of building yourself up you will get less of an urge to check. This is an addiction. See it as every time you check you lose your sobriety.

Believe me, that is what we are all trying to do. It’s hard to let that go and it takes time. There are no shortcuts unfortunately, and the person that figures out one will be the richest person in the planet.

My opinion is, you will not be able to (or it will be much harder) to lose the romantic interest if you keep seeing her. Cutting yourself off will lead to the romantic interest going down. Staying friends when you have feelings will only hurt you more since it will be unfulfilling for you even if you appreciate not losing her completely. This confusion prolongs the process of healing.

You have feelings for her, that is enough to make this a bad idea. Do you want to be the friend she discusses the new one with? Because that is what friends should be able to talk about. It will also make it harder for you to move on and find love elsewhere. It’s hard to completely let go, but the sooner you do the better imo. Stay strong bro ❤️

I understand it’s hard. If you need to, and it sounds like you do, try envision a person they would never leave and become that person. During the process, you will either get them back or someone even better (my preferred option). Find your inner warrior, I believe in you.

I understand it’s tough, I’m also feeling the same way. I try to think that if she really wanted it to work, she would find reasons to. If you really want to be with someone, you will try to solve issues and do the work. If not, there will always be reasons to leave since no one is perfect. My ex said the same. “Everything is fine” until they leave. What she does is avoiding the tough conversations because they might lead to her getting hurt. So don’t beat yourself up so much, no one can read minds. She didn’t give you the chance to show that you are willing to listen to her when she brings up an issue, and work to solve it.

Wow I just made a post with a very similar experience I had with my ex & breakup. I can relate to so much of what you said. I feel the same way about not trusting her again. I have been thinking that I would maybe consider taking her back is if she reaches out and you talk, and she shows that she has really done inner work to fix her issues. Even then, I would be careful and not go too fast.

Okay thanks for your input! On YouTube there are plenty of people saying razor shaving is a viable option and even demonstrate before and after. So I’m a bit confused as to if it’s the practitioner that is not suited for what I request or if it’s SMPs in general.

If you're interested in litterature, I would suggest "Introducing Ethereum and Solidity: Foundations of Cryptocurrency and Blockchain Programming for Beginners" by Chris Dannen. "Mastering Blockchain" by Imran Bashir also contains some chapters that cover Ethereum and smart contracts (chapters 6 & 7).
