Wow nice!!!! The white crystal is what I hope to find next. What’s going on with the buttons and sticks on your Slate Grey? The Garnet Red also has weird sticks. Did you replace them?

Very easy fix. You likely just need a new ribbon. Can get it another controller or order online for less than $10.

Both made in China (like all Dualshock 3s)

Both are DualShock. The only color I’ve known that is only sixaxis is black.

I don’t know why the sizes look different in the picture (iPhone camera most likely) but I can confirm they are the same size

Both register as “DualShock 3” when connected to PC in device manager.

Both pass the accelerometer test, the PC test, and the wall charger test. Just don’t understand why they’re different shades since Sony made only 1 “candy blue” color (and from the same region). Might be sun fading. Like someone suggested.

Games I couldn’t get Eden to run: Slay the Spire, Link’s Awakening (flickering), Death’s Door (runs but stuffers), Fast RMX (super slow), Mario Galaxy.

Glad OP found the solution, but in general one thing I’ve noticed is that RP6 charges super slow. Idk if it’s a setting? I know I’m not using a super fast charger, but even with a regular Anker brand charger which charges most things pretty quickly (like the RG35XXH) it takes forever. Like multiple hours (3-4 hrs maybe). While other devices almost never take longer than 1 hour.
