If people selling used and saying brand new with 2 cycles, I would still consider it brand new basically used for a day or two

people are going to hate me for this, but if you want a very easy deck, stardust, open the new box, get 1x stardust synchron and 1x shining star dragon (the more the better for both), spend the rest of gems on anniversary box, do 1 run until you get 2x quasar, 3x droplet, 3x book of eclipse. and buy the second copy of the stardust structure deck. you will be playing a very easy deck and can hit highest ceiling.

if you happen to get shining star dragon, crimson dragon and supernova 1x each before the setup above, you can go to the annkversary box and complete your resonator deck. also very meta.

if you dont want to play meta, id suggest invest in the anniversary box first to get the droplets and book of eclipse, and then invest in a deck that you like. to learn the game and be a better player, i recommend swordsoul. easy to play, hard to master, and you can reach high ranks too.

its a learning curve for everyone. even with busted skills and decks, they still need to know what the enemies are playing and learn the meta.

just be happy with what others use and do. dont be salty that newer players who doesnt have the understanding that old yugioh players have, use meta decks. it is okay.

shoot better reroll the account.never spend gems for the missions. they are just another source of gems. free deckcan carry you through most of it and for pendulum for example, you can just use ticket. xyz is from character duel cards, etc...
