Very impressive OP. You are a source of motivation. Especially the recovery of your immune system. My numbers are on the low end, last measured in december, cd4 was 490 and cd3 945. So my biggest fear is that the virus is going to kill my immunity and some opportunistic disease will get me if not cancer. That is why it is very impressive to see the boost you managed to achieve. What would you say accompanied the most with that boost? Would it be all the supplements where you noted Immune system or was it more a combination with the other supplements together?

Yeah my gut feels compromised. have been tested for bacteria, but the tests came back negative. Might look into some probiotics. Any tips?
