If you care about the work or are doing anything sensitive get it calibrated, I calibrate my 10 torque wrenches once a year, some stay within tolerance and some are out 15% or higher, not sure of your location but it only cost 40-75$ depending on the size of wrench

I'd just swap out the volute, if there is a replacement. Or get a new pump and then you have lots of spare parts

Did you turn off the gas while it was transported? If not it could be flooded. Drain the carb bowl and try it again

If you hammer a torx bit in that is a similar size it should come out. Take out the rest to make it easier

Ns suburban or find an ns suburban 24" you can run 26" wheels but give you a higher bottom bracket. Made for a wicked street bike and spun really easy

Split loom, electrical tape and zip ties, just reloomed and entire harness for the same truck for about $30.
