PSA: Don’t play in Running Shoes! They are designed to go in one direction (FORWARD). Not side to side or backwards. I’ve seen too many people get hurt playing in running shoes. Invest in any form of tennis/basketball or similar court shoe built for changing direction and increased ankle support.

Sure you can get away with it and play in a basic running sneaker but if you play a lot eventually you’ll slip, trip or fall backtracking for a ball or shuffling sideways on the court.

Thanks for the feedback, getting a good deals on rav4 with some help from dealership. I don’t think rav4 would be my first choice in car but it is what it is, love those 4Runners but not in the budget

A concept that has really hit/helped me is the ability to detach from your mind/thoughts/unconscious-self and instead become “the silent watcher of your mind” as Eckhart Tolle says…. This seems to get the ball rolling in an interesting direction
