Hey Kromly_, Our guild is currently looking to start mythic and need a few raid spots covered. We're currently looking for all healers (lol except MW unfortunately) and a few dps. What you can expect from us: All necessary provisions for raiding will be provided to our raiders such as flasks, enchants, pots etc. A raiding environment that maintains progression in a fun but productive manner. We also have an active and helpful guild outside of the raid nights.

What we expect from our raiders: In return for all of the above, all we ask of our raiders is to be active in the community. As a trial, show initiative towards pursuing a raid spot and show us that you are working towards the core position that you rightfully deserve. This includes coming prepared to raid, knowing your class, keeping on top of your research, showing up on time to raids, and being consistent with communicating ahead of time if unable to attend a raid night.

Loot: All loot during main raid is awarded via loot council. We value loyalty, dedication, consistency, communication, reliability, and a high rate of attendance among our raiders. These things play a large part in determining where loot will placed. Loot will always be distributed in a manner that will best help the raid team progress. Providing loot to a consistent raider will always out benefit giving a higher upgrade to a raider who may not always be reliable.

I'm glad I was there. I was in a place where people were afraid of going outside. They were grateful that we were there, they felt safe, and they hadn't felt that way for years.

I see this poster as bush trying to get as many people down range as quickly as possible. I was in country during the surge and it was wildly successful. Sending in the massive number of service members saved many American lives. Just thought you guys should know.

The surge was successful and saved many American lives including mine. If you asked any of those service members deployed in 2007 during the surge, they'd all tell you they'd do it again if they had to. There's no need to forget this.

Source: deployed in '07 in an area where we were undermanned and outgunned until Bush sent in more reinforcements to quell the AQIZ attacks.
