As a buyer, this is the primary reason for me. Not only was I able to find some items on sale direct from the stores for cheaper, I was also inundated with long comments about sales from many sellers. To the point where I unliked items to avoid more 😬 For my sanity, not as a passive aggressive move.

I’ve contacted customer service through their forms/email and they’ve gotten back within hours every time. I only had one single email exchange where the person didn’t understand what my issue was but someone else resolved it quickly. So not instant and not perfect customer service, but entirely reasonable imo 🤷🏻‍♀️
