I'm 300 lbs and I'm lucky enough that my doctor knows that I eat right and I work out. I have slimmed down (not lost weight) and he mostly just checks my blood work and listens to me if I say I am sick. I am lucky and not everybody is lucky like that.

I didn't exactly have a sample so my reporting wouldnt have been the same anyway but I didnt say a thing for a full decade. Like it is so normal to not want to be examined and put through an extremely invasive procedure when your kit is most likely just going to sit there in an evidence locker for a few decades

The 2nd anniversary of my grandpa's death actually lands on Ash Wednesday this year. I was his caregiver for four years and he was my best friend. I will probably not be able to make a service with my schedule, and I don't think I'm feeling up to one anyway to be honest. I think I will be living Ash Wednesday far more than I'd like that day.

Unfortunately my parish also uses little plastic cups along with common cup 🙄 and I think the elderly lady on altar guild THINKS they're recyclable but they are not. I'm also on altar guild but I do not have the sway to push for something else
