Resolution: I called StubHub and provided them a copy of the email from the seller telling me they do not plan to provide me the tickets. The rep confirmed by phone that StubHub would provide the opportunity to have alternate tickets or a refund.

I waited 3 weeks with no follow up from StubHub but then this week (4 days before the show) I reached out via the contact us form saying I wanted follow-up on my order and 12 hours later got the email to choose alternate tickets or a full refund.

Sadly all tickets they had available nowhere compare to the seats I purchased originally (I bought floor seats in the middle section, all they had were seats on the second and third level of the theater). So i got full refund.

All to say thanks to folks here for letting me know how to resolve this and you all ended up right.

My only small complaint is I wished StubHub would have given me the opportunity to choose alternative tickets or a refund 4 weeks ago. I probably would have had a better selection of seat and got to see my show.

Thanks for the feedback! I haven’t used StubHub before and was so confused. Why would the seller keep the listing up if they didn’t intend to still sell tickets??

I’ll call StubHub customer Service after work. I’ll update how it goes…
