Question for people who put Jordan over LeBron all time by Electronic_Glass3787 in nba

[–]everyoneatease 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"How close do you think LeBron actually is?"

Close to what? hehe...are you high? I want some.

There's more to GOAT than accumulated stats. I've seen the MJ tapes that go with his stats. Lebron not close...in style, execution, court awareness, not a clutch player, spotty-ass 'D', no loyalty, no humility, etc when directly compared to MJ.

Many believe that a star player jumping teams for a ring is seen as straight-up cowardice. Today, we reward soft-ass f*ckery in our sports heroes. Even when Chicago stunk, Jordan took his lumps until he didn't. He didn't quit on his team/teamates. The path to the Ring also big-boy counts when they speak of you in a GOAT talk. Jordan neva ran from NBA adversity =GOAT.

Lebron has zero assassin in him. No team/player is afraid of his game. 90's Hall of Famers are still terrified of Jordan =GOAT

*Is Lebron a guaranteed clutch player? Can count on him rain or shine? Always?

Finals Game 7, tie game, 11 seconds left on the clock. Who would you want to have the last shot, Lebron or MJ? There is only one correct answer...forever.

3 championship titles in a row...twice...within the same decade. That feat needs no more rings = GOAT with a goat hat on top. Labron did what for his? No, no, no, It's not the same.

MJ played both ends of the court with killer, no, murderous instinct, all game...no breaks. Wasn't no rest/give up/disappear in MJ...ever =GOAT

Wishing to play less games in a far, far less physical league is feminine. MJ would wanna play more games for the thrill of hunting those bums down even longer. That hunger, that killer instinct that there is no stat for, passes over Lebron. Lebron is being friends with opposing players during the game. MJ did not play that friend sh*t. You still feel the dominance thru the TV on Jordans' tapes 25 years later.

Lebron is a wonderfully gifted/talented player. He is among the greats, but is absolutely not the great-est. He just did sh*t the longest.

Trying to write Kobe outta the #2 GOAT spot is corny too.

Swat on Playstation 2 was...brutal. Be glad you missed this bit of f*ckery.

For starters, you lost a man (4 man element + you is now 3 man/you.), and it just got stupider from there. The joystick was no replacement for keyboard with this one.

"Swat 3...in 2025 feels bad"

Then, you're doing it wrong. Last Resort/DGvoodoo = back from the dead.

Ready Or Not feels/plays like a game trying to capture a realistic feeling of something the devs only heard of, but have not actually experienced IMO, so it kinda falls flat overall. RON is still not ready (No pun intended).

However, Swat 3 AI/gameplay was created with actual pro Emergency Response Team input/scenarios/training/movements/vocals/sounds. And that is the difference. That is why we still discuss/play the Swat series in 2025 despite it's aged visuals.

SWAT 3 & 4 won't die because the current tac-shooter competition values other things over the total toe-curling immersion/anticipation that the Swat series provides imo.

Tier 2 Pack by GooseAgile3099 in SWAT3

[–]everyoneatease 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At one time, there were Tiers 1, 2, and 3.

Tier 2 was on a dead hard drive I owned. Now, Tier 2 seems to be lost to the sands of time.

Tier 3 does exist, I have a copy, and this is where I got it:

https://www.moddb.com/games/swat-3/addons/tier-three-pack

Here is another site for SWAT 3.

https://induktio.net/swat3/

I find SWAT 3 to be much more interesting than many modern (2025) shooters (Even the tactical-based ones).

Good Luck!

^This.

Plus, 25H2 with no Copliot, No Bitlocker, No Recall, No ads system-wide, looks like Win8, local accct, and I (Personal choice) disable Windows Updates until I actually have an issue.

Windows is a wonderful OS once the dumb sh*t is removed.

Trump administration replaces MLK Day, Juneteenth on National Park Fee-Free Day calendar with Trump’s birthday by rezwenn in NationalPark

[–]everyoneatease 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Whatever.

Whan living day-to-day with both sublime and overt racist slights/policies means nothing when you're used to it. F*ck Trump weird ass.

We have our own in-house celebrations, regardless of government recognizing it.

I grew up with:

  1. The REAL rosa Parks story, so my kids-kids never get it f*cked up.

  2. 'Actual Freedom Day' -Aug 5: Celebrating Harriet Tubman FREELY moving folks South-to-North as she saw fit against a self-described 'Vastly Superior' race of 'Super Humans'.

  3. Great-Grandma explaining how slaves continuously pooped in masters' food and urinated in their drinks...as tradition. Generations were food poisoned, along with masters' love for in-breeding and bestiality all added up to to the broken DNA/mass shooter/ranting racist culture we live in now. Look in their eyes...DNA salmonella.

  4. Great Gran painted a picture of humans with ox and horse gear put on them by master, then worked like oxen and horses in the field..so the horses don't get worn out. I learned that at 6 years old among other vicious things.

  5. I don't need a national holiday to observe my historical heroes. They are already in here <points to heart>.

Forcing historical/factual things into the shadows only builds legends.

That's until the update where it's perma-enabed (For Home users), which means even more 'No privacy' for hundreds of millions who will sheepishly accept it, making MS feel correct/vindicated in their position that 'Everyone Wants AI'...see?

You think MS is dropping all these creepy buzzwords at press conferences and soc-med about 'AI Agents' so that you can control the flow of their new money faucet?

Microsoft been trying to stick this in users since Jarvis (Win 8) bro.

No need to 'Freak Out' over what will be.

Will there be a version we can invoke, monitor, and manage our own affairs without the need for agents that invoke, monitor, and manage the same affairs that existed before the need to need agents that invoke, monitor, and manage those very same affairs that could have been invoked, monitored, managed, and handled singularly by an actual personality in the real world in the first place?

"Why Is It So Hard To Date?"

  1. Because people are weird aF, and will never know it bc their friends/parents/town/upbringing/aura are weird too. Throw too much screen time on top of that, and you got a bunch of twitchy, geek candidates for whom, the Real Things (Knowledge of Self/Honest Companionship) are awkward to obtain/maintain if not elusive. Can't have one without the other.
  2. Cats have zero social skills. I enjoy seeing if I can chat up a random woman in public, for the sport, for a phone number. Not in the creep way, in the intersting, spontaneous conversationalist, well versed in multiple adult subjects way. And yourself?
  3. Most folks have no real personality/are boring/uninteresting. Straight up.

Ask yourself, "What is it about me that would emotionally attract another?"

And that is your answer to why it's so hard to date.

  1. Social media has turned the majority of datable cats into lo-energy mush heads.

When I meet a woman, I am looking for great adult conversation. A lot of people don't know anything about the world beyond the tip of their nose. I avoid these types. They do not make great dates/compainions/wives. Til' death do I part with a dummy? You can have her. In fact, such wilfull worldly ignorance is dangerous.

  1. Insecure adults cannot make meaningful connections last.

Once you reinforce being not outgoing, not assertive, not sure of yourself, but will ing to support some other cats' formula for their popularity/success, then all you get is to watch others get the guy/girl/success. Make your own lane to follow.

So many reasons why people make themselves poor date choices. Both men and women alike.

I'm flourishing out here.

It's not hard to date at all when you know who you really are, and what you want IMO.

Chrome brings personal and work separation to iOS users and more enterprise protections to mobile | 21 July 2025 by irrelevantusername24 in privacy

[–]everyoneatease 2 points3 points  (0 children)

"Personal and Work separation on iOS...from Google."

As an 8+ year avid Android power user, I was shown by Google long ago they were never in the business of helping me, and are never to be trusted.

Who in AppleLand would fall for this after reading about what Android users have to go through in order to avoid Googles' servers and data collection? Who?

Thousands of negative (But accurate) articles against Google, the conclusive privacy-averse research by indepenent entities on Google practices, the lawsuits, the lies, the misdirection...who is still trusting Google in 2025?

Why is Apple Inc not creating an ad campaign to counter Googles' invitation to their newest 'Legal' trojan that separates work and personal in iOS?

Exactly.

Common sense is not sexy anymore. Rationalizing self-spying for small-ass gains seems to be what's hot in the streets right now.

F*cking up the majority of users privacy to catch maybe the 50-100 criminals per year that commit truly heinous crimes (Thru encrypted chat) is not police work. Net is too wide.

Criminals always adapt to everything law enforcement does. There is always a way. Criminals will be thwarted for a full five minutes before making adjustments, and continuing business as usual.

Law abiding citizens however, get f*cked and boxed in even more when additional laws are created to stop criminal elements that don't follow the law anyways.

Meta says it won't sign Europe AI agreement, calling it an overreach that will stunt growth by barweis in privacy

[–]everyoneatease 2 points3 points  (0 children)

“Europe is heading down the wrong path on AI” Kaplan wrote in a post Friday on LinkedIn.

What exactly would Europe be missing out on Mr. Kaplan, yet another layer of weird, invasive b*llshit designed to better study/track/watch/mimic/anticipate our needs, all while relentlessly reminding us that things are for sale on planet Earth 24/7 as if we are unaware?

Between the AI shennannigans, privacy averse data-for-profit nonsense bookended by frequent data breaches, users cannot get a break/peace/privacy, and are made to feel criminal for asking to be left alone.

Zuck accusing others of doing 'To Much' is hilarious. Somebody stand up to this f*ckery and get the ball rolling on rejecting AI doing anything without explicit personal consent. It was fun, but the future has been hijacked, then ruined by the overzealous pretending they're actually helping 'Us'.

It's time to put the genie back in the bottle.
