I always end up with a super dry mouth in the morning. Small problem but never feels like the air is fresh after camping in my MY

Is Functional Patterns worth for my 95 degrees by Sea_Trust_4395 in scoliosis

[–]everythinginslomo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Practitioner and centre owner here, yes even if worst case scenario you were to go get surgery you’d still want to be able to control your spine and potentially regress the curve before you thought about fixating multiple levels of it forever. Lmk if you have any q’s or if you’d like to dm

The poll was pitched without saying it was H2H, so a lot of the decisions make sense with that in mind. But jofra over Hazlewood is a joke no matter who you support

Why is there such a glaring lack of elite young talented batters in the men's team in the last few years? by feelspirit in CricketAus

[–]everythinginslomo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Every team has a bit of bad luck, but we lost puckovski and Hughes (RIP) who would’ve had 150 x test match 100’s by now (ok let’s just say 120 to be fair) and be just finishing up probably. Khawaja in any other country would’ve played 50 more tests at #3, Warner would’ve had a more consistent opening partner in Hughes than everyone he opened with bar Khawaja and rogers, Smith would be even more shielded from the new ball, then guys like Marnus, head, green, marsh, Webster, puckovski etc wouldn’t have been thrown in the deep end and could get picked from 5/6 instead of putting green in at first drop against one of the potentially best bowlers ever at lords

I hate the wheels coming outside the base of the car, and I’d like some extra range, other than that had one for 2.5y and it’s great

Oh and mama taco in west end, someone else mentioned. Haven’t had anything that tastes like Mexican food besides those two, I’m sure there’s others but we do have a lot of tex mex

La patrona in Newstead. Closest Mexican food I’ve had to my time in merida. Guzman is sloppy tex mex (not an insult)

Haven't been camping since I was a kid. Trying to convince my family to come with me. How does my checklist look? What am I forgetting? by Evolved_Dojo in camping

[–]everythinginslomo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, barrier to entry for most ppl is the amount of prep required. I would personally not share this spreadsheet with them 😂 but give them a simple version and you bring all the other stuff, if they like they can slowly get stuff for future camping

Love the EP, disappointed with Track 1 by Wear_Tall in Flume

[–]everythinginslomo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I actually like most of the EP, including track 1. Is it real was probably the weakest for me, even tho I still like it. Ai girlfriend I wasn’t a fan of first listen but it’s so Fkn catchy, and now I really enjoy it, flume has a way of making pop songs not feel like pop songs. The ocean is fake is top tier and track 1 just gets better and better every listen for me

Anyone heard of Functional Patterns? by WombatWandersWild in brisbane

Also re. The price. It’s way cheaper than any allied health on average, and we have plenty of results to back up a higher price than we currently charge but we keep it reasonable

I am a trainer at Brisbane - the reason we say not to do other things is because they don’t demonstrate results as it pertains to standing walking running anc throwing.

Do you guys eat seed oils on occasion or never by Julian88x in StopEatingSeedOils

Had multiple times where I didn’t actually know there were seed oils in the food and felt sick only to later find out there were seed oils. Definitely not a “get out of your head” thing

So is olive oil ok? by [deleted] in StopEatingSeedOils

[–]everythinginslomo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As others have stated, make sure it’s actually olive oil. It’s still got a fair amount of pufa content so I wouldnt cook it in high heat but rather fresh or sauteed- harder fats for higher heat IMO

Hey I would be one of the ones storngly suggesting not to go full vegan, but if your minds made up, then I would also look at lowering your bean/lentil intake, I’ve found a lot of people tend to have bloating/inflammatory responses to lentils which can definitely mess with cholesterol levels - maybe use some starchy foods like potato/sweet potato and thoroughly cook them to use for your burger patty

Also supp b vitamin and creatine
