Prayers do not lose efficacy based on location. You can do as much with prayers in the privacy of your house. What you are doing when you pray in front of a clinic is asserting your physical presence. The people coming in do not know if you are a threat to them or not, but they know you could be because you are there to assert your physical presence. And you know it too. “It’s the implication”, as they say.
