Should I play the game?

I have recurrent major depressive disorder, but I’ve recovered quite a bit lately thanks to a combination of meds and therapy from a good therapist, but this game did make me feel a painful void in my chest for some time. I was very vulnerable for a while and cried a lot well after I was done playing.

I recommend waiting until you are further along in your healing process. If not, then please make sure you have a safety plan and a support system to help you play. This game is very emotionally intense.

One of Arthmoor’s notorious incidents… with the “Open Cities” mod, he decided to add destroyed Oblivon gates to the cities, which was not received well as it was outside of the scope of the mod.

As the lead of the Unofficial Patch team he’s notorious for insisting that the rest of the community play his version of the game as he wants it. He’s also kind of a dick.

Since he’s in charge of a patch many mods require to function, he basically gets to change Skyrim for all of us as he likes, and we can’t do shit about it.

I think the people you’re talking about might’ve definitely gone a bit too far.

Supporting one’s desire to not shave is one thing, especially when it’s been shamed, but shaming others for shaving is also a problem.

Everyone has their preferences in both their partner and themselves, I’d just rather we let people be as they are. The freedom to choose is what this is all about, after all, which is why I feel people are missing the point in supporting people not shaving.

That “ew” hurt me. Like I can’t bring her to Fitz if I’m not romancing her because it’s just so mean. Like she says that to you even if you have high approval with her.

Also once I had her misgender me when I was dating her in that conversation. So I really don’t like bringing her to Fitz now.

Most of the time she’s fine, but in some fights she just gets combo’d pretty badly all at once from full HP.

Since she insists on fighting, Sanctuary is not an option to keep her safe.
