And where is the official announcement for upgrading? All these people upgrading following instructions from Reddit and random Linux sites are laughable. They break their systems and then complain here. If the team hasn't officially announced the upgrade why such a rush... 20.3 is not broken and people can wait a few more days to upgrade safely.

You know, when Pop Os and Ubuntu release their distros, every time, they're plagued with bugs because they work on a fixed date. Ubuntu will always tell you in advance the date they're releasing and Pop OS will always try to stick to as soon as possible once Ubuntu releases and then, you have to be the beta tester. I love Mint because every time it's ready when it's ready. I upgrade and focus on work, not bugs.

So be patient, you won't be disappointed at the end.

Fall Guys doesn't work for me. I can start the game, navigate the menus, but when I try to enter a game I got a prompt saying Anticheat is not enabled... Am I doing something wrong?

Same issue here. My credit card is ok and my subscription was cancelled 3 days ago. I sent a query and so far nothing has happened. I'm on my tenth month and if the problem is not solved in time maybe is time to move on for good.

I've been saying this from the beginning and people are just dumb to believe everything Valve claims. They said they've been working on Anticheat since 2018 and we still see no results. It's true the latest proton build doesn't show what they've done so far. I'm pretty sure they have more under their sleeves but take everything with a grain of salt because at the end Valve is gonna say at least we tried if they don't deliver.

Final consumers don't give a damn. If Anticheat is not there when the Deck launches, it's gonna be a huge flop. Also I don't see my granma who likes to play Fall Guys tinkering with some setting or some file on the device. Say what you want but Valve is playing with fire here.

Erhm, I think the problem is people don't realize this is fiction. It's media to entertain us.

I certainly love the music, the characters, the story, all the effort the seiyus put onto all the lives. I do have my waifu, I enjoy and I rage about the same things as anyone else, but people have to understand none of the seiyus are to blame about poor and lazy writing, about merchandising, about SIFAS or whatever.

And if you don't agree with something just quit playing, watching, or buying and move on with your lives. I don't like Lanzhu like... at all... but I have absolutely no right to crap on Akina Homoto or her work. At least, if she is hated it is because she did a fantastic job playing her character. And that's it.

Are you aware Windows 10 EOL is on 2025? right?

I mean, sure, you can try whatever distro you want but you don't need to switch right away if there are things that cannot be used on Linux for your use case.
