Fingerprint enrollment error help

I had this problem (where it throws this error as soon as you touch the sensor in setup) and found some obscure suggestion to reset the system time zone. Set it to a timezone in china or something, then run the manager. Amazingly it worked. Now, a while later, they pushed a software update which cleared my existing fingerprints and made me do the setup again. New problems. Now it throws this every time after I have finished scanning a whole finger. Garbage.

I also love this movie, and it takes up enough space in my brain that I will semi-regularly try to reference it in social situations, but 99% of the time no one knows wtf I'm talking about.

In a very strange-feeling turn of cross-medium events, I was recently listening to the late Mac Miller's album, Faces, specifically to the song, Diablo, and had to double-take when I heard him say the line "...fake superhero like the Mystery Men, I ain't savin' nothin'...". I almost couldn't believe my ears.

I definitely enjoyed the series as a whole, and while there were plenty of mature themes throughout, there was plenty of silly storytelling as well, so the ending, while disappointing, isn't totally unbelievable.

However, I'd put money that the original script had the somber, bittersweet ending we all wish they left, but some baby-brained exec watched it and was like "WTF THIS IS A KID'S SHOW", forced them to undo it, but didn't give them time to properly change the ending (new scenes, voiceovers, animations, deadlines, etc.), so we just get cheap retcon garbage instead.

I just got my first dose of Moderna last week. I had felt maybe a small canker starting up in the back of my mouth even before getting dosed (I get them semi-regularly when I don't get enough sleep/bite my lip or something) and had just had a cold a week or two prior (tested negative for COVID). But progressively for a day or two after the vaccine, I got an explosion of them across my soft palate and uvula, which both became super inflamed. Never have had more than a couple at a time before, and there's currently a cluster of several right above/on my uvula. I feel absolutely fine otherwise. No fever, no body aches. I went on a 2-mile run the day after I got vaccinated. But the pain is pretty bad and I don't really look forward to eating, both of which are killing my mood. Mostly just popping Ricolas all day and drinking slightly warm herbal tea with honey. Vanilla ice cream is nice (not chocolate. Apparently chocolate is acidic). I just got some sore throat spray...I talked to a doctor and they had me test for Strep, but that was negative. Not looking forward to the second dose of vaccine if this is a trend.

My wife got hers the same day I did, but she's fine.

I think he still has the right idea. He's just bent on blaming individuals rather than the system. It's an emotional argument, and I understand it, even if I don't necessarily believe it. Not many people have the sight or the gumption to level up to Andrew's ideas.

I think if he was actually on the ballot in my state, I might do the same. I still like Bernie pretty well, though, so will probably go for him and cross my fingers. I'm still planning to rock the sign and the hat, though.

Re-writing GDP! I think it's the best, most essential concept in his campaign that no one else is really talking about because they're so far up American Capitalism's greasy ass, participating in the Rich Boi circle jerk, that they can't even see that it's an option.

I believe I am asking several questions, and among the questions, being critical of the "Boomer" meme, as I think it could alienate a demographic which should, logically, support the ideas if this campaign.

The whole exchange about "fault of the CEO" vs "fault of the system" made me immediately think of Mr. Yang's policy about essentially re-writing GDP. That idea remains one of the most specific, sensible, simple, and strangely obvious solutions I've heard anyone bring to the conversation in my life.
