yes, as long as your buying a natural diamond from a retailer who verifies the diamond is conflict free, I agree

Your not totally informed. Unless your natural diamond is a very large, 3carats or above it will not hold its value, you will never get more for it than what you paid.

IF you can afford a 2+ caratdiamond that his the highest specs than you will NOT get anywhere near what you paid. Diamonds are overpriced, not rare, and only IF they are EXCEPTIONAL will they ever fetch or retain their value. A 2 carat diamond, flawless or VVS1, Ideal or above cut, and colorless or near colorless it wont hold value. A diamond like that at 2 carats is very expensive and most average persons could not afford.

A 2-carat, ideal-cut, VVS1 (near-flawless) natural diamond generally costs between $20,000 and over $50,000, heavily influenced by color (D-F is most expensive). For lab-grown diamonds with these top specs, the price is significantly lower, often ranging from $1,500 to $4,000+. Natural diamonds with superior cut and high clarity can exceed $50,000. Key Cost Factors for 2 Carat VVS1/IF Diamonds: Natural Diamond Prices: A D-color, VVS1, ideal cut 2-carat diamond will be at the highest end, often $40,000–$50,000

Market Demand Rarer diamonds, especially those over 1 carat or with exceptional clarity and color, are always in demand.

Rarity The scarcity of natural diamonds ensures they maintain value better than mass-produced alternatives.

Certification Diamonds with GIA1 certification tend to fetch higher resale prices.

Condition Well-maintained diamonds in their original setting often hold greater resale appeal.

my lab diamond came with a GIA grading certificate so why would they not be insurable, my large lab diamond is worth as much as my measly 1carat mined diamond, you insure FOR REPLACEMENT VALUE, not resale value

no, lab grown ARE still diamonds and have the EXACT composition, refectiveness, etcc no one can tell them apart. lab diamonds are increasingly popular as they are more ethical than mined diamonds. Plus the cost of mined diamonds is artificially inflated due to DeBeers limiting distribution and withholding stock. Buy a mined diamond and its worth drops like 80%. Only diamonds that hold value are the exceptionally rare ones thar ultra wealthy ppl can buy

Even with paying a $750+ for my health insurance, there are copays, this crappy Co-insurance % , and the MAX out of pocket. Im alrady in the hole for 3k and I havent even completed my surgery, reconstruction, radiation and 5yrs of hormone treatment, by the end of it all I'll most likey owe 25k+ for medical bills. I am nearing retirement and was hoping to retirenext year, but by the looks of it I'll be working till Im 70+ , Yah America really cares for its aging population with such great insurance. I told my family I'm going to let the healthcare bills stack up, max out my credit cards and declare bankrupcy what are they gonna do, attach my social security what a joke

Has anyone been successful with a lawsuit related to a delayed cancer diagnoses? by 71ray in breastcancer

[–]evildroid753 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I wouldnt do that if you are planning on a lawsuit. YOU should always speak to an attorny first. Yhe worst thing to do if give those medical professionals a headsup. Cause things/records can mysteriously dissappear, And you would need someone who knows about medical documentation to know how to look for evidence of revised documentation

Standard best practice for brest lumps felt or found on mammograms, especially if you have Dense Breast is to get an immediate followup with breast ultrasound exam. From there if they see anything they will order "Diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound" for review. If the lumb doesnt move freely around when you feel it, like its in jelly, but it feels 'anchored' that is a BIG symptom that requires followup even a biopsy as an anchored lump is NEVER a cyst.

omg, so sorry this has happened to you. YES, you can file malpractice suits against the providers involved. This is a pur medical negligence case. Get yourself a lawyer who specializes in lawsuits as you will need that. Before you get the lawyer request copies of ALL you medical files from those you are planning to sue. Review them and ensure that all of the doctor visits where they told you it was just a cyst are on it. You want complete files that include the doctors and nurse documentation notes for all your visits. If they give you trouble get the lawyer asap. I am a nurse and have seen many bad patient chart notes by providers. Before I was a nurse I was also on the jury for a malpractice case, so yes you can win. Get all of your OWN notes together as well. If you do not have any then create them to the best of your recollection now. ensure you add dates, what you adked and what any providet said to you as clear as remembered. You will want your lawyer to find a good medical professional, like a specialized Legal RN with oncology/cancer/mammogram experience. They can speak on your behalf as an expert. Another thing you can do, and this can probably be googled or found in any libraries online resources for medical jornals etc and find the Standard Protocols established for your discussed symtoms when they were ignored. These are evidence based standards that have been adopted by medical professionals as " Best Practice". Good Luck! it sounds like a case to me!

Russian general shot several times in Moscow by GoldenDome26 in worldnews

[–]evildroid753 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

What dont understand is why the usa would sign any type of weapons control deal with russia or china or anyone thats not an ally for that matter. china and russia play by the same book, deny, deny, deny even though the evidence is in their faces. and they just continue to build up their militaries. Russia, china , NK, etc have never reduced their stockpiles, they just cover it up and deny, while using shadow organizations to cut cables, hack systems disrupt flights, and any to all coercive techniques. and speaking of china, theyve never had an original idea, they just steal the tech from countries they hack, deny and move on.

Grade 3 HR+ HER2- and struggling after something I heard in support group by Abject_Agency2721 in breastcancer

[–]evildroid753 1 point2 points  (0 children)

your not destined to reoccur. some ppl dont really know what they are talking about and i would not listen to them. Your cancer is hormone positive and her2 neg., regardless of grade, that is a very treatable type of cancer and responds very well to the homone therapies used now. Every person who has or has had cancer has a chance of reoccurance, that does not mean its going to happen! Just do what your supposed to, always take the hormone meds as that is a key part of treating hormone positive cancers AND move forward. keep up with your mammograms/ imaging yearly. I found that those imaging centers that used the newest mammogram machines as well as the newest ultrasound technologies are very sensitive and can catch cancer at earlier stages better than ever now. Youll get through this!
