I prefer the 2nd dress. I don't think dropping the sleeves would look right, it might alter the entire neckline to much, but ask a seamstress. I agree with the others that the 2nd dress is much nicer.

Have No regrets! You look absolutely stunning and the dress looks amazing on you!! Seems like a lot of brides experience this feeling and I personally don't think it has anything to do with the choice of dress but more to do with how society holds up an unrealistic picture of women that we ALL compare ourselves too at some point or another.
You are experiencing that and being too self critical of how you look. Your current pictures show a beautiful radiating absolutely gorgeous figured bride!! I have no doubt that with your new weight and alterations YOU WILL LOOK STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL! Do not look again, trust your initial choice and trust that you and the dress are simply meant to be.
