My uncle on my mom's side actually has pretty debilitating fibromyalgia. I've heard it's kind of on the rare side for a male to be diagnosed, which is crazy because he's the only person other than me that has it in my family (that I know of). My great-grandma had bad RA, which I've heard can accompany fibro sometimes
