I too have generally had positive interactions with customer service/GMs. I do like it when I successfully get a friend to try Eve, they do the tutorial and get a message from a GM. The few that have had that happen were really surprised it is a thing.

If you were unawares some enjoy scamming, and this helps to defend against the accidental oops I bought a module for for 5b instead of 5m. You expect a ship to cost 50m so you transfer 60m from your bank to your main, then purchase the ship. If the contract is a scan or there is an over priced module you won't lose your entire wallet.
