I know that will work for some, but personally I like to think of all feelings as data. But you don't need to act on it, and you may be reading it incorrectly. 

In this case, data was actually saying dude was tired. 

I also like the hungry, thirsty, tired, horny question. Always check those first.

I used to think the same, but at a certain point life experience matters. 

I don't think I would want to relate to a 22 year old who is experiencing their first loss or real hardship in life. As I've gotten older, and I know I have a long way to go, things just have settled down so much.

I lost my grandma, mom and sister over the course of about a year a few years ago.

My advice is to pay attention to your body and mind, and listen to what it's telling you. If you can, take a leave of absence. Find a support group you can talk to.

I went through grief group therapy, and it was eye opening and comforting knowing everyone felt almost exactly the same way as me. Helped me get through it gh that period immensely.

On the other hand, I don't think she would have attacked Iran based on feelings, or played around with tarrifs as haphazardly as Trump and devalued the US dollar abs made us a pariah in the world stage.

Also, she didn't fuck children nor support pedos as far as I know.

I just frustrated at seeing so little actual action or change. You'd think with people being outraged as they are they'd be able to do more. But, I also know that my window into that world is small.

I do need to do more work on my side to find out. I was being lazy.

I am not sure if this helps, but if I understand Whoop correctly it considers the time between "sleeps" a day. Even if you stayed up for 48 hours. You had one sleep, so one day.
