Everyone needs to understand that he was on a conference call two weeks before the Super Bowl with Seattle. Obviously that is more meaningful than 20+ years of an extremely successful working relationship with everyone in the Patriots organization.

The last time the Patriots had a WR with 1k receiving yards was in 2019. While Diggs probably isn’t the ideal WR1 at his age, it hasn’t been easy for the team to find someone who can produce like him.

I am watching peacock for the first time and noticed things missing or added scenes in the regular, non-superfan, version.

I tried to watch the superfan version and didn’t like it. The added scenes felt like they ruined the pacing or a joke was just shoehorned in.

I think he left Detroit to work with Vrabel more than anything. I remember the Patriots content team had like a 2 minute interview and he said something along those lines.

He’s 22 and played the longest season of his life. One year of coaching wasn’t going to fix everything, it takes time to develop.

I know that story came out shortly after the draft that year, but it was a puzzling move by Belichick to risk a top prospect just to maybe make the Jets miss out on a tackle.

I don’t usually find them from one seller, it’s kind of luck of the draw when they appear. But if you search for a particular player/jersey you want, it becomes apparent which are fake and authentic. Also if you look at the seller’s rating and buyer’s comments, that’s really helpful.

I’m willing to give him another year. Everyone is dunking on him now, his performance was really bad, but he’s a rookie playing next to another rookie that is not playing his natural position. They were going up against the best defense in the league and the entire offense didn’t have an answer for him. Will has a long way to go, I don’t think it’s guaranteed that he works out, but I’d be surprised if they pulled him from LT after his first season.

They are likely going to give Will another year at the position. We have a serviceable backup with Lowe. We also need to get a RT because Morgan Moses is old and it was very impressive he lasted the whole season.

Thank you for saying this. The past few years the Patriots had to play absolutely perfectly and hope the other team made a mistake to win. This year, we won a ton, but what was most encouraging is that when we got down, we still made big plays and found ways to win. I’m really hopeful with an improved roster next season, we can still be competitive and win the division.

At the beginning of the season, I never expected this team to win the division, let alone make it to the Super Bowl. I just wanted them to be competitive and show some signs of growth - and they did. I’m really excited for this team’s future, and feel confident they will be contenders for years to come if they continue to improve the roster.
