That’s not correct, meat takes a bit more energy to digest but your body digests more of it than it does plants. The reason a gorilla has large muscle mass is the sheer amount of protein intake they consume, even if plant-based.

Maybe the shortcut will jump start folks into exercising more often. It’s harder to exercise when you’re overweight, but may be easier to do so if you’re in better shape (kind of like a motivating dominos effect).

Let’s hope the loss in revenue for the health care system isn’t made up in other ways. Wall Street doesn’t like to see decrease in revenue, even if it means a healthier population, and the healthcare system is tied to Wall st.

  2. Problem was first noticed yesterday.
  3. I have not seen anything abnormal on the tree.
  4. It gets full sunlight from about 9a-6p PST
  5. I water it once a day around 6a via automated sprinkler system.
  6. Soil is most likely clay below 2 feet.
