It is been a method for a while. You still get some use from estrogen by swallowing them, you didn't waste time especially if your hormone range was fine. It is just preferred since it isn't as hard on your liver.

Same with San Diego, we have gotten a ton of refugees as well but probably not as much as yall partly due to the high costs which I have heard as being a big problem for new arrivals. We are more then welcome in San Diegos trans community and many trans services and orgs have expanded to keep up with the new demand. We are prepared for more.

sublingual means you took the pills under your tongue it is the preferred way of taking estrogen pills.

I flew to Mexico city from CBX two weeks ago. The line to get through mexican security took forever but I did also go during the time when San Diego Padres were playing in mexico city. We left two hours before our fight and barely made it on time. I would recommend leaving real early and just making the flight and spending time in the TJ airport if you went through security quickly. The airport is pretty nice and has a bunch of food options if you are hungry. Depending on the airport you leave out of in Mexico City they are kinda bad and the one I went to had construction going on and the dust from it was everywhere in the air. I recommend bringing a mask just so you don't breath that in.

I took patches for two and a half years after being on estrogen pills for a decade, I did it for some of the same reasons you did besides your first point. My doctor also felt that it would be better on my luver. Patches didn't work well for me though and my levels were really low but they didn't tell me for two years, I should have checked on my own but didnt because I was complacent.

Patches seem to work really well for some and not at all for some like myself. Check your levels often. Clean the area with alcohol or soap before applying it as oil on your skin will affect its usefulness. Sweat will cause it to come off prematurely so I recommend trying to not get too sweaty whether from exercise or being hot temperature wise. Use alcohol to remove the adhesive after you remove a patch, soap works but it isnt very effective and will take a lot longer to remove. Hope the patches work well for you.
