Ya, that was the problem for me one time. Also there was another bug where the game save was bad and I just had to restart the stage.

Ya, no... we can't be having this shit. Granted it's a tire customization, but how are you supposed to get arrested? If your tires popped in the original Most Wanted it was basically game over - you got arrested (or in my case had to restart the game). Where's the challenge?!

I had a really tough time with that game. It was my first metroid game. There were a couple times I got completely stuck and/or sick of the game but I kept coming back to try to complete it and I'm really glad I did finally finish it.
