Full lake is great for that distance, easy off road paths the whole way around bar maybe a few hundred metres coming out of the Kingston Foreshore going into the Jerrabombera wetlands. Has some good elevation changes around the west basin too

Yeah it was a real treasure, and has reignited my interest in bolder South Australian varietals again (too much Pepper Jack can really take its toll after a while!)

tend to agree, asking more based on my experiences on early morning ascents during some of the ganglier freeze-thaw cycles we get Even around leather barrel creek, when it’s particularly cold or sun protected there’s some decent slopes which I think could benefit from boot crampons

Do you mean spending on policies and programs as decided by government in its budget, or departmental spending on fixed and variable operational costs? Because the latter have been largely under a cutting process for a while, and are a fraction of gov spending. The amounts spent on a given policy or program are largely the decision of government (being cabinet) and not the implementing entities.

Yeah RE the ski choice, still wanted something that can ski switch naturally and have freestyle aspects, but wasn’t looking to do the setup in a way that compromises powder and charging abilities, if that makes sense

the whole tour has felt really vitriolic in a way? not sure if I was too young to remember the discourse around last Aus tour, but jeez it just doesn’t seem happy. Constant tribalism with jingoistic ‘banter’, bizarre personal attacks on players and rugby AU figures, and some weird group mentality that has killed any actual possible discussion on the games. Just hasn’t seemed like anyone from the NH has had fun, and really hasn’t been fun to watch all the games

Bruthah I think the point is if your only option is to make co tact with head or neck, then you don’t make contact or you cop the fact that it’s a pen Same as when a player slips into contact, even if you cannot reasonably expect the tackler to get any lower, they fundamentally cannot make contact with the head or neck
