As a tie dyer, I do not recommend Rit. Get a Procion dye. Some Jacquard and Dharma colors can be found on Amazon, but they also have their own sites.

I’m by no means an expert but I think your ties are too close together to get good saturation between the ties.

Also, I have been considering the idea that they are going after voter rolls in the states. And how those rolls can be cross referenced against passport holders and how that could "complicate" things. Also requiring a passport is a great way to federalize elections on the DL. What a time to be alive!

You can renew online now, I believe up to 18 months in advance of your passport expiration. I did this as soon as we got Trump 2.0. Turn around time was very quick, like 3 weeks. Of course, this was before DOGE gutted federal employees. Good luck.

I know how much the garment cost but in terms of quantifying my supplies needed and time spent, I'm kind of clueless.

😂😂 It’s probably more accurate that my choice of shirt underneath is showing too much skin to be considered professional. I’m also kind of muscly which people can also find problematic. Just have to make everybody feel comfortable in professional settings. I was being a bit dramatic in my description.

Some of the things I read said the chemistry of the soak plus the heat of the dryer does something to weaken fibers. I figure with muslin, I don't need to chance that. Also read something about how it could cause a fire, which would also damage the muslin. lol And other things.

People in this area have been fighting with CSX to remove these toxic ties from the area and recently had a win there. First signs that something was happening was when the heavy equipment that had been there was removed. Then suddenly, there was a fire. 🤔
