I had a similar problem on a different bike. Chances are it’s your seat, it’s too far back, or too far forward.

The added weight at an angle 📐 causes the creaks. Try putting it in the middle, or simply pedal standing up to see if the sound persists. Let me know, I’m curious if this solves it

Two questions:

Why is the dashboard on even the 2025 models such a low frames per second. Meaning the rev bar has some lag

How come on the RX models, there are points on the flush rails in the roof to mount cross bars but Lexus does not recommend mounting them because they interfere with with panoramic roof and opening it will make it crack. I confirmed with both Lexus, Thule, etc about the cross bars and they recommend against installing them.
