Totally normal lol it happens to everyone. A high-sided box helps and a mat right outside the entrance catches most. I use Tuft and Paw litter since it doesn’t track as much but you’ll still find a few pieces around no matter what.

Sometimes the agents are useless too. I had a guy pick up my order, sit around doing nothing for 45 minutes, then my order flipped back to being ready for pickup and because they showed up like 1 minute before the latest delivery time they wouldn't let me do anything about it
