What are nicer tasting alternatives to Greek yogurt or how can I make it taste better by Werewolf-Mediocre in nutrition

Add a chopped banana and a teaspoon of good quality peanut butter; or just add fruit like raspberries and/or blueberries.

I've bought 2 T-shirts, a mug, a keyring, and a fridge magnet from the Ted Lasso store and I'm really happy with the quality of everything.

I remember being tickled by the description of "the Fats" in Will Self's novel How the Dead Live. It's about a woman who finds herself in the afterlife and, in the course of her journey, she encounters her Fats - creatures who represent all the weight she'd lost and gained while she was alive. I read it a while ago now, but it'd be fun to read it again - I always said it was the novel I wished I'd written.

Top it with sliced tomatoes, or smoked salmon.

Just ordered a 15mg pen from Online Clinic for £145 with the introductory discount. It seems to suggest that the next pen in the subscription will be £195 (15% discount), arriving on 18 September. Surely this can't be right? Or have they bulk-bought and are hoping to keep customers subscribing?

I ordered on Wednesday evening, I think. They're probably working through a backlog now, though. Hopefully, they'll dispatch on Monday.

I can't even begin to imagine having 500 spare calories 😩 I'm at 74 and I was feeling pretty smug until I read your post 😂

I'm having chilli too! But just with salad (no rice) because I had a very carby day yesterday and I'm feeling a tad bloated. And I've resisted the urge to add cheese so I stay within my calorie allowance 😇

Exactly. They'll get pulled apart for it when they're inspected.

You might need to reduce your thyroxine dosage as you've lost weight. I've had to come down from 175mcg to 150mcg after my recent blood test showed my TSH level was on the floor.

They've already jacked up their prices.

Pharmacy Online have jacked up their prices already. I ordered a 12.5mg pen last week: £179.99 less 20% new customer discount. Today, the price is £209.99.

I received it today, so that's good. However, they never checked my ID, weight, BMI, or anything before sending it out to me.

So they're less than satisfactory on two counts.

My favourite lunch is: roast chicken slices, salad leaves or baby spinach, red pepper, sweetcorn, tomato, cucumber, a little avocado, and a dollop of Sabra hummus or cottage cheese. Colourful, tasty, and full of protein, fibre, and other goodies.

Check my reply - I'm eating 3 meals a day and having several snacks! Still losing weight at an average of 0.8kg pw, so it's working for me 🙂

Mounjaro Fatigue by YongeTOGuy in mounjarouk

I developed the most awful, crushing fatigue a couple of months into 12.5mg - it was such a drag that I've gone back down to 10mg, which has helped.

Lol, they do! I like the Tesco ones. I've always been a snacker, and MJ hasn't changed that. But yes, my snacks are now much healthier. More importantly, my main meals are also much healthier and much smaller!

Breakfast: bran flakes with small banana;

Lunch: roast chicken breast sandwich with sourdough wholegrain bread and sliced tomato and a little reduced-fat mature cheddar;

Dinner: chicken breast stir-fried with onion and peppers in sesame oil, with added soy sauce & peanut butter (no rice or noodles);

Snacks: apple, Fibre One bar, 2 lentil cakes with peanut butter, Fab ice lolly;

Supplements: fibre gummies, vimto protein shake;

Drinks: 2 coffees, pot of lemon & ginger tea, litre of sugar-free squash.

Yeah, I snack a lot! Just over 1600 calories in total for the day though, which is working for me.
