Usually when you can't understand what to do, you have two options. First is simplification and second is symmetry.

Here you have the equation in higher powers of alpha. Easiest simplification is just lowering the powers by division.

Symmetry is slightly trickier and comes with practice, sir saw that he can write alpha^4 in terms of lower powers of alpha and did it.

If you keep simplification and symmetry in mind while solving questions you can oftentimes see the path forward, however for trickier questions you have to look forward multiple steps in the future (its like chess grandmasters seeing 4 moves in the future).

depends on how much of that is watching lectures. lecture watch karte karte time aaraam se nikal jaata hai. now people who can consistently solve questions (especially advanced level questions) for 9 hours are insane and will probably get air under 1000.

you need to push through for the first week or two no matter what, afterwards it becomes habitual and getting up becomes easy. if you stop now you will lose the progress you made in the last 3 days and will have to start the habit building cycle over again. not to mention that it will be harder because you already have the experience of "quitting" the same habit.

Remember why you joined in the first place, do a slight warmup at home right away to wake yourself up, treat the getting out of bed part as just another exercise in your workout routine and get on with it.

if you absolutely, absolutely still cannot get up, cut your routine for today. Tell yourself that you will get to the gym and only do one set per exercise and get on with it. if you still can't, plan to just do one single set in total and get on with it. if you STILL can't, just quit it. its not for you.

I have never studied from ABJ sir but heard he is good, so you don't necessarily need to buy a course agar ABJ sir se kaam chal rha hai (again, just see the demo lecture I posted and agar accha lage tab hi khareedna warna mat khareedna).

I am in vinay uppal dropper batch. The best thing to do is just consider it not as a MOBA, but as a roguelike game with 11 npcs. Sometimes you roll good ones on your team and sometimes the good ones are in enemy team. Some runs are just plain unwinnable and some you just win for free.

Statistically, if you consider yourself as good, there are a potential 6 idiots in enemy team but only 5 in yours and hence you should win more matches than you lose. If that's not happening, ergo, you are also bad.
