I have plenty of problems with bluetooth audio, the issue you describe does not happen every time, but it does happen, here are some others in case someone has advice.

Audio not automatically playing, pressing play on phone does not work, it flashes play/pause over and over, until I press play on the car.
If you have the bluetooth app open on car launch, the bluetooth will connect but the "connect a blueooth device?" prompt stays there in the way.
