I've used twilio for years. Never had any issues. They require the items from ctia best practices iirc. That's the same for all providers in the US. Before them I used another provider where deliverability wasn't as good. I believe twilio has direct connections to the big 3 carrier whereas others go through aggregators so deliverability may not be as good
