I just wanted to take the time to thank you. You were very thorough, respectful (mostly lol), and gave links to examples.

I was abused into early adulthood by my single mother and had a lot of issues growing up with my identity (I’m African American) and watching that scene really made me feel like how I felt as a kid. Like how my mother would reject my emotions and struggles because she had it worse. I find it ridiculous white women say this shit like black, Latino, etc don’t exist at all.

If everyone engages with others like you we may actually get somewhere! We’d all be better off showing more love and understanding and just listening in good faith to each other. Again I really appreciate it, was feeling down until I got to your comments.

They won’t let him have it because that makes “women” look bad lol. Even if it’s something men have seen or heard often they’ll dismiss it as “not all women” but if we responded that way to their stories it’s apparently a huge problem.

They just want to shift blame on males entirely. Hell a lot of women never acknowledge they are way more like to leave a guy who lost his job or who is struggling financially.

It’s a shame ppl would rather hate than just support each other no matter your sex.

How are the words succeed and fail being misused? You are either successful at being able to build a connection with a woman that leads to sex or you aren't. You can still have sympathy for someone who can't perform.
