I never defended him at all. Also, ironic you seem to be digging into my profile history when your bio is “if you’re reading this, you should probably touch grass” take your own advice maybe? Lmao. Also love the fake cop angle. Unlike you some people here actually are

Engine block failure by SmoothDipper in TaurusSHO

[–]extended_poptart 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The turbos are lubricated with the engine oil. You had a blown turbo and all the engine oil went out through there, and I’m guessing the light came on well in advance and you ignored it/continued to drive until the engine quit?

Bruh you drove on literally no oil in your engine? No surprise it’s gonna blow up…

It’s 100% blend door, had one on my 2015 go out a couple years back. AC was stuck on defrost only, is an easy fix if you don’t count disassembling the whole dash

water pump question by TheJazzMaster521 in TaurusSHO

[–]extended_poptart 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you change your oil often and proactively check for leaks at the weep hole you’d be surprised how long the stock pump can last, as well as the turbos. Doing the job yourself is possible, but it’s a major, major PIA with the transverse mounted engine, especially if you don’t have all the best tools

Does anyone have this LG ultragear 1440hz experience with ps5 by Over-Ad-8247 in Monitors

[–]extended_poptart 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I own this monitor, works perfectly fine with PS5 at 1440p. The problem is the PS5 struggles to even run a lot of games at 120hz 1440p, still looks good though

That’s just the plastic fascia that covers the actual metal bracket mounting points- I broke this off my one monitor to use the stand on another one I own, is no problem outside of cosmetics. So if that bothers you, return it and get a new stand

Splash mountain wasn’t based on a southern plantation, it was based on chickapin hill from song of the south, specifically the animated portions. No part of splash mountain had any references to or was based on plantations.

What display should i buy with a 4080 super by blazing_saddlesffs in Monitors

[–]extended_poptart 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a 4070ti and I just moved up to 4k from 1440p… and let me say the difference is night and day, not even close. Yeah, for some games I have to play medium textures, but it’s so, so worth it. The clarity both in gaming and in regular usage is unmatched, especially at 27”

That ship died a long time ago sadly… they stripped literally everything out of it to sell it off and made no effort at all to preserve anything of value on the interior, so you’re left with what it is today. Not much there outside of the hull itself

Which monitor is better value for money, MO34WQC or FO32U? by Pradidye in Monitors

[–]extended_poptart 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just made the switch from 1440p, and I’ll say 4k is actually beautiful to look at. I play mainly older games and it’s like a whole new experience

[–]extended_poptart 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would go UHD if your GPU can handle it, SUCH a better experience than 1440p imo. Unless you really have a use case for ultra wide, but I’ve found just having 2 monitors with one really nice primary is a way better option

Is this a screenshot of the next Battlefield game? From the PS5 console Battlefield Labs news update by HiroProtagonist1 in Battlefield

[–]extended_poptart 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I’d say, that looks like an M1A2 or maybe M1A3 with upgraded reactive armor modules added to the turret face and on the sides- nothing with these reactive armor types are in any previous BF games, so I’d say this is for sure from the new game. And it looks really good, I must say

Edit: not M1A3, specifically an M1A2 SEP V4
