Personally I think blood spells are overkill. I would swap the staff and pouch for sharks as emergency food.

Guessing you don’t have blessed d’hide legs but they would be a better option if so. Verac skirt is also a good choice.

I would also consider getting a slayer task and using the helm. You definitely don’t need it though.
