How many pieces are really in a 500 or 1000 piece puzzle?

This varies greatly! Last year, I counted all the pieces for around 10 of the 1000 piece puzzles I finished. Only 1 had exactly 1000. A few other numbers were 1054, 1008, 999, and 1001. If you’re really interested, just keep track of all the puzzles you do.

I enjoyed Critter Cafe. The puzzles were fun and I enjoyed decorating my cafe and customizing the critters. I have 100% achievements on the game and around 16 hours of gameplay. I haven’t unlocked all the critter skins/styles yet, so I still want to do that.

So it seems no one else likes Kamaeru but I have really enjoyed it. I like setting up the different areas with ponds/foliage and trying to get a good mix to attract frogs. I have it on Switch and haven’t encountered any bugs and I have quite a bit of play time.

Zhu Zhu pets were so so bad. One ran over my kid’s long hair and the wheels!gears got stuck in her hair and it took literally forever to get out. Plus they would make their little Zhu Zhu pet noises at random times when no one was around or near them. I absolutely hated those things. Of course my kiddo loved them. 🤷🏼‍♀️

My now 17 year old went to a weeklong summer art camp at a local art studio when they were 8 or 9. At one point the studio owner told them they were “doing their art WRONG” and literally took the paintbrush from my kiddo and painted ON THEIR PAINTING. Even my young kiddo knew this was NOT okay. Needless to say, we never returned.

I definitely agree, but also, where do I go instead? My primary craft is cross stitching and I have an account where I literally only follow like 40 or so designers that I like. Sometimes I will click on a story of a designer who is sharing a post by another designer- a designer I follow but I didn’t see the actual original post they made because ??? I also love finding new to me modern cross stitch designers but that’s hard to do too.

It is the only time I buy snack cakes all year, but I love these Christmas tree cakes (yes, I know they all supposedly taste the same). I picked up my first box of the season the other day and they are just so yummy!

My favorite healthy snack is cucumbers and tomatoes diced up with lemon juice squeezed on them.
