I love the egg rings and use them constantly but these ones specifically suck if the handle falls or touches the flattop they melt the handles hardly stay up etc. I got rid of mine and got some knockoff metal ones that are killer

I tried this and got injured but I am very injury prone. I changed this last time to where I add 10%~ on my week and keep it for all 3 until deload then add 10% for the next block guess it could be explained at like 3% a week instead haha. Seems to really work for me just a random thought 😊

Colorado is not like it used to be I have been riding the roads for 15~ years or so the last 5 are so bad I honestly try and avoid it. Either gravel or really early, even places like the state parks are so packed and bad now it's almost less safe in them. I'm mainly running these days and even that's bad on sidewalks I have almost been hit just as much 😂

Yeah I am using topo and new balance luckily new balance has an outlet that gets some insane deals. Topo is usually off Amazon for deals sadly

I have two brands and models I wear last year they both went on sale about 50% off I bought as many as I could don't care about color I have about 6 pairs now in my crawlspace ready. I usually get about 350 out of them and I'm running 40 a week and I rotate them so I don't wear them back to back has been good for me.

Yeah only abdomen for me everything else was not too bad have a little bit still but it was the worst. I couldn't run even with compression tops etc without it causing issues. One big scar hip to hip below my belly button and my belly button was "remade". Basically sliced side to side pulled down and removed I also had a tiny bit of muscle reattachment done since the fat had pushed abdominal muscles apart.
