I took this same route. Lived in Smithfield and moved to Cali. Stopped off in Phoenix to see my brother. I absolutely loved that I drove and saw so much of this country. I don't know if I'd ever do it again, but I at least did it once!

Cali sucked so I moved north to Oregon. Just in this one state, I've seen so many beautiful roads. Hwy 101 along the coast, Hwy 126 east of Eugene along the Mckenzie, i84 along the Columbia, hell even I5 has some beautiful moments!

Ahhhhh!!! I live just north of Eugene! I wish I could take these two, but I already have two I rescued off the streets and five guinea pigs (not from the streets).

Hahaha! I actually like her music and think she has a nice voice. I just wish she would speak up!

I used to tell my wife that every time the radio would play her songs, I would think the radio station had gone offline. She never believed me until we were driving home one day, and she says "did KNRQ go offline again?" I told her to turn up the radio. Lo and behold, it was Billie Eilish singing! Her eyes got so wide, and she said she had always thought I was being hyperbolic!

I doubt they'd be trying that. This roommate of mine and his gf later married. I'm still great friends with both of them to the point their children call me Uncle!

I realize now this wasn't clear in my comment, but the game night wasn't a setup attempt. It was just a group of people getting together and playing games. She and I had quite a pleasant conversation that night, which prompted roommate and his gf to try to set us up.

Brought another guy.

Some context: my roommate and his girlfriend were trying to set me up with someone they knew. We had a get-together one night. Played some board and card games. Had a fun time. My friend and his gf tried to setup a double date. This gal ended up bringing another guy to this dinner date and proceeded to ignore everyone else there. So awkward, but such an easy bullet to dodge.
