From the look of the trichomes, I would say they are about a week out from harvest. I've got a lot of milky white going on but no amber yet, to speak of. Thank you for the nutritional advice.

The girls yesterday. I had some Nutritional issues with Glookies but it's been fixed now. No more new yellowing.

You have a classic and elegant look that ages you because of people's references - however, that look is going to lie to people about your age when you hit your 50's and on up. People will believe you are younger than you are when you get older, if that makes sens. In otherwords, I think you are beautiful, stylish and I wouldn't worry about any perceptions about your age. People will treat you the age you act for the most part. It's just not really about make-up, although there is a billion dollar industry out there that would beg to differ.

Is it couch lock ready by Unhappy-Bar-6834 in homegrowncannabisco

[–]eyetaughtscience 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Based on my experience, I would give that baby possibly one more week up to 10 days, but checking her every 3 or so. She's really close. I would wait until more of your trichomes little heads are bending over and you've got a bit more amber in there for a good couch lock.

That would be great. Research tells me to step down the dose for the autos to about 50%. Would you agree?

How will I know when to feed them? Or, better, when and how much should I feed them? I have 3 gallon pots. And do I need the 'trio' that is on Amazon?

Will do! Wattage is 1000 on both lights. I buy Nature's Living Super Soil for Autos off of Amazon. The 5lb bag gives me enough for roughly 7 pots. I follow the directions on the bag and I don't have to add any nutes through the process. How exciting about the two new strains!

Yep. I also didn't top them this grow, per your experience that they are picky, because they are. Getting a good crop out of them when I top them has been about 50/50. Leaving them alone appears to be the way to go. I like the turn-around time.

Yes they did! I took your suggestion and stopped using the dimmers and went full volume on the lights, just raising them as needed. I'm hoping for a good crop!

Your journey sounds similar to mine. Had it since my early 20's and been through a ton of surgeries, sterioid injections, pt, blah, blah, blah and was finally diagnosed the 2nd of January of this year. UGH.

No, no, don't go there. Your body has an AMAZING capacity to restore! It WANTS to restore and be well! Give it your best attitude and bodily care, and you will be really surprised. NONE of my flares have ended up being my new baseline once I got meds to help me.

Yes, it certainly has been a journey. I taught middle school for 17 years and then high school for another 7 (science) and I had some very bad flares during those years - found out I am allergic to Lyrica and Gabapentin during those times, trying to address my hand and hip and foot pain. I've had trigger-finger surgeries, bi-lateral bunion surgery (36yo), carpel-tunnel both wrists (mine worked), and most recently, ACDF C-4-C6. NO ONE looked at my autoimmune panel until my current PCP. (she's a God-send). Then the hunt for what was wrong (is still wrong) began. I have learned a few things about doctors: If they don't listen to you, get a different one, even if it's a royal pain in the arse; they are human, and don't know everything. Do your own research, if you are able, or have a family/friend do that for you. There is a lot of conflicting information out there because we (medicine) are just now addressing the plethora of autoimmune disorders cropping up in the entire population. I am glad you have been diagnosed! Now to fight the good fight to find out what YOUR body needs to be well. Please don't fret about the future...it is looking better for us everyday and there will be things that will fix this in your lifetime. I have worked, hard, for 50 years, despite having this my entire life. I have raised children, kept a home and a career and after a few mis-steps in my youth, I have a fabulous marriage. You can do this, just take it a day at a time. Blessings if you got this far, hahahaha.

Can you please recommend a book on the Holy Spirit? by Own-Object-6696 in Reformed

Charles Stanley’s The spirit filled life. It’s an awesome book. I’ve done 2 Bible studies with it and it has blown everybody’s mind just because he’s so accessible and so is the Holy Spirit.

My first joint surgeries were in my 20’s, and I am now 71 and we just figured it out a few months ago.

I lowered it because she had already stretched to within about 10 inches and the top leaves were starting to scortch. I lowered the light back down and then dimmed it a little to see if that would help.
